Firstly, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Sartika Sari. You can call me Tika, just Tika okay.
Now, I am studying at Jambi University and taking Science Teacher Education Faculty majoring in Mathematics and Science Education period 2014 for regular chemistry.
At this time I would like to share with you about one of my college activity is Krida.
Krida is held every Friday started from 8 a.m until finished. This activity is not only filled with sports or gymnastics, but also filled with other activities such as stuffed extracurricular activities, meetings and so on.
I think this activity is very useful and not to be bored. The benefits of these activities/exercises are:
Exercising Will Increase Your Brain Capacity
Moving the Body
Helps Melt Your Stress
Exercise will provide Energy
Exercise will Fight Disease
Exercise will Pump your Heart
Exercising will Improve your diet and
Exercise Increase Your Stamina
Beside that, the other benefits of these activities are: to add our knowledge through consultation extracurricular, learn to be critical and mutual respect. So this activity is not only benefit for physical activity but also benefit for mental because through this activity is expected to create kinship, intimacy, togetherness and family, giving happiness and satisfaction. But only many task that has become for not attending Krida. I still hope that Krida will be held again and all my friends will join and keep the spirit to attend it.
